We are seeking an Office Associate to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of an office. This role involves handling communications, organizing files, assisting staff, and maintaining efficient office procedures.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support (filing, copying, scanning, data entry)
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails professionally
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
- Prepare documents, reports, and basic presentations
- Sort, distribute, and send incoming and outgoing mail/packages
- Monitor and order office supplies; maintain inventory
- Enter, update, and verify data in systems and spreadsheets
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of company records
- Help track deadlines and support ongoing projects
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm
