- Own total site performance as Plant Manager, overseeing production, safety, quality, and cost control while consistently delivering against throughput, yield, and margin targets.
- On-site role in Solano County, CA — $125–155K base salary benefits
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all site functions including production, maintenance, logistics, and support teams to meet output, efficiency, and service targets.
- Ensure adherence to food safety, quality standards, and all regulatory requirements (GMPs, SOPs, USDA, OSHA).
- Implement and enforce safety programs that reduce risk and maintain a safe working environment.
- Oversee preventive maintenance programs to maximize uptime and extend asset life.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing workforce with a focus on accountability and continuous improvement.
- Manage plant budgets, monitor KPIs, and drive operational efficiencies to improve margins.
- Partner with suppliers and internal teams to ensure material availability and meet customer expectations.
- Drive initiatives that improve productivity, reduce waste, and enhance overall plant performance.
- Associate degree or equivalent experience required; additional education preferred.
- 5 years of experience in plant operations, manufacturing, or food production environments.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive matters.
Salary : $125,000 - $155,000
