Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and dispatch delivery drivers for efficient order fulfillment.
- Monitor and manage the delivery schedule to ensure timely deliveries to customers.
- Communicate with drivers to provide directions and address any issues during deliveries.
- Assist in managing inventory and product availability for efficient order processing.
- Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with age and identification requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service, including answering inquiries and resolving issues.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities.
- Ensure adherence to all state and local regulations related to cannabis delivery operations.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of local geography and navigation tools.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Familiarity with cannabis products and local cannabis regulations is a plus.
- This is a part-time position.
- Shifts may include evenings and weekends.
- Flexibility to cover various shifts and busy periods is required.
