Delivery Driver will provide exceptional customer service to medicinal patients and adult users by delivering products directly to them. The successful applicant needs extensive product knowledge in order to answer all customer questions and concerns regarding consumption methods, health benefits, strains and products, and any other pertinent topics. You will also use point-of-sale software for collecting, maintaining, and ensuring the integrity of patient data.

- Access POS system to process transactions
- Use GPS tracking system to coordinate route to destination
- Delivery products to predetermined destination
- Intake and process payments
- Accurately reconcile cash drawers
- Provide server/ receptionist support as needed
- Other duties assigned
- Required Qualifications:
- Applicants must be 25 years of age
- Clean driving record
- Regular attendance
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Must be willing to work all shifts, weekends, and Holidays
- Computer literate; familiarity using POS systems
- One or more years of experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must have reliable transportation
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Best-in-class customer service skills
- Working knowledge of cannabis and cannabis goods available for retail sale.
- Understanding Local, State, and Federal laws and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and must have a team-player mentality
- Ability to deal with problems and resolve them in an efficient and professional manner
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
