Warehouse Coordinator
Seattle, WA
$29–$35/hr
Monday–Friday | 7:00am–3:30pm
We are hiring a hands-on Warehouse Coordinator to support warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping/receiving, cycle counts, and warehouse documentation. This is a great fit for someone who is organized, reliable, comfortable using a computer, and able to keep inventory accurate while working directly on the warehouse floor.
This is a full-time onsite position in a heated/air-conditioned warehouse environment with a steady Monday–Friday schedule. Optional overtime is available.
What You’ll Do
- Receive shipments, unload trucks, and verify materials against orders
- Maintain organized warehouse inventory and accurate stock counts
- Complete cycle counts and help keep inventory records up to date
- Handle shipping and receiving paperwork
- Use shipping platforms such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, or similar carriers
- Operate a sit-down or stand-up forklift
- Complete forms, filing, and quality-related documentation accurately
- Use computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and inventory/shipping systems
- Pick up parts or supplies as needed
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse
What We’re Looking For
- Warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, parts, tool room, or related experience
- Experience maintaining inventory counts and completing cycle counts
- Forklift experience; sit-down or stand-up forklift experience accepted
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using a computer and learning new programs
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, or similar programs
- Ability to complete paperwork, forms, and filing accurately
- Reliable, hands-on, and comfortable working in a warehouse environment
Preferred Experience
- Shipping platform experience
- UPS, FedEx, DHL, or similar carrier experience
- International shipping exposure
- Hazmat or hazardous materials knowledge
- ISO 9000, quality control, or formal documentation experience
- E1 or similar inventory/warehouse system experience
- Comfortable driving a large pickup truck as needed
- Open to occasional Portland travel, typically 1–2 times per month
Compensation & Schedule
- $29–$35/hr
- Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm
