Project Controls Scheduler
Location:Salt Lake City, UT
Pay:$80,000–$110,000
Schedule:M - F | 8am - 5pm| In office, possible flexibility with hours
We are hiring a Project Controls Scheduler for an office-based project controls role focused on P6 scheduling, schedule updates, schedule audits, and process improvement across a large construction portfolio.
The Scheduler will manage schedules for 70–80 active projects, run scheduling meetings, maintain P6 schedules, review schedules for flags or logic issues, and help project teams understand why schedule discipline matters.
What We Are Looking For
- Strong P6 scheduling experience
- Experience managing multiple active project schedules
- Ability to run scheduling meetings
- Experience auditing schedules for flags, logic issues, and missing updates
- Strong communication skills with project teams and leadership
- Comfortable working in a data-driven, software-heavy environment
- Ability to pick up Unifier and internal systems
- Forward-thinking mindset and willingness to improve scheduling processes
- GC, large subcontractor, oil and gas, or large-scale construction background preferred
- Multifamily experience is helpful, especially larger projects in the 200–900 unit range

- Someone who is only field-focused
- Someone who is not comfortable with software, data, or process change
- Someone who only follows templates without understanding the purpose behind the schedule
