The Opportunity
As a VP, you will serve as the backbone of client success, overseeing a portfolio of 40–50 communities and leading a dedicated team of 8–10 Community Managers. You will move beyond day-to-day tasks to guide your team through complex financial, legal, and large-scale maintenance challenges.
