Our client, a Fortune 200 industrial manufacturer seeks an experienced Analyst/Accountant for their manufacturing site. You'll serve as the on-site financial partner to plant leadership, managing daily accounting operations, asset controls, and inventory accuracy. Support key decisions with precise financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and month-end processes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver financial and statistical insights to guide operational and cost decisions at the plant level.
- Support preparation of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and month-end/year-end reporting processes.
- Manage key plant accounting operations, including balance sheet reconciliations, payroll oversight, and inventory/asset accuracy through audits and controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting
- 2 years of relevant experience preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Analytical experience with strong data analysis capabilities and the ability to provide operational insights
- Experience with general ledger, cost accounting, inventory management, and close processes
- Excellent business partnering abilities and strong communication skills
Salary : $100,000 - $105,000
