- Own annual budget and quarterly forecast processes for assigned business functions
- Analyze monthly financial performance and explain budget-to-actual variances
- Develop financial models, business cases, and recommendations to support decision-making
- Prepare executive-level financial reporting and presentations
- Monitor spending trends, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable insights
- Support SG&A planning and cost management initiatives
- Help improve reporting processes, financial systems, and automation efforts
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leaders throughout the organization
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3 years of FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or related financial analysis experience
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Experience working with financial systems and reporting tools
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with leadership teams
- Ability to work independently while building strong cross-functional relationships
- Process-improvement mindset and interest in driving efficiencies
