Agriculture Truck Driver – TLP Trucking (Stoutland, MO)
TLP Trucking is a family-oriented company that believes in treating drivers with respect while helping them provide for their families. We haul livestock feed for farmers across Missouri and the surrounding states, making sure rural communities get the products they need to keep feeding America.
We primarily run regional routes within a 400-mile radius of Lebanon, MO, so you won’t be stuck out on the road for weeks at a time. Most of our drivers are home on the weekends, although occasional weekend work may be required depending on customer needs.
At TLP Trucking, safety comes first. We operate newer, well-maintained equipment, including end dumps, belt trailers, and tankers, so you can focus on the road instead of worrying about breakdowns. We believe in open communication, honesty, and building a team of drivers who want to grow with us.

Responsibilities:
- Safely haul and deliver livestock feed to farms and facilities using end dumps, belt trailers, and tankers
- Maintain professional and respectful communication with customers and dispatch
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety standards
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on equipment
- Manage schedules to ensure on-time deliveries while keeping safety a top priority
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Tanker endorsement required
- Minimum 2 years of end dump experience required
- Experience with belt trailers and tankers a plus
- Strong commitment to safety and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Willingness to occasionally work weekends if needed
