Key Responsibilities
- Serve as day-to-day lead for assigned beauty accounts, managing client interactions with confidence and professionalism.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, proactively identifying opportunities, challenges, and strategic solutions.
- Develop and execute PR and communications strategies that elevate beauty brands across print, digital, social, and broadcast media.
- Leverage your strong roster of beauty media and influencer contacts to secure high-impact coverage and partnerships.
- Craft compelling press materials, pitches, and messaging that align with brand positioning and campaign goals.
- Lead media outreach, desksides, product seeding, and ongoing storytelling to keep clients top-of-mind.
- Manage digital and influencer campaigns (paid and earned), including sourcing talent, negotiating contracts, and overseeing deliverables.
- Coordinate and oversee client events (launches, press previews, influencer activations), from concept to execution.
- Collaborate with partner vendors and agencies (event producers, photographers, digital partners) to deliver integrated programs.
- Monitor affiliate/e-commerce opportunities and work with online editors and writers to drive product placements and features.
- Analyze performance of campaigns and media programs; create clear, insightful recap and KPI reports for clients.
- Support budget planning and management; track expenses and ensure projects stay within agreed parameters.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, delegating tasks effectively and reviewing their work with a strategic lens.
- Stay ahead of beauty, social, and media trends to inform client strategies and keep programs fresh and relevant.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5 years of relevant PR/communications experience, ideally in an agency environment and specifically within beauty or related lifestyle categories.
- Proven track record of securing beauty press coverage and managing influencer programs.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; strong pitching and storytelling abilities.
- Solid understanding of the digital, social, and influencer landscape (including affiliate and e-commerce programs).
- Strong project management skills, with meticulous attention to detail and follow-through.
- Comfort with analytics and reporting; ability to interpret data, measure impact, and communicate results to clients.
