Responsibilities
As a Sales Advisor, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Brand Image
- Represent the brand with professionalism and consistently uphold company standards, including impeccable personal presentation
- Serve as a brand ambassador by delivering an exceptional welcome and a high level of service suited to a luxury environment
- Share product and brand knowledge with both clients and team members
- Master and apply the brand’s selling techniques
- Maintain strong knowledge of the brand, collections, and stock
- Understand and follow KPIs
- Build and develop a loyal customer portfolio
- Support fellow sales associates as needed
- Follow all sales procedures, including cash wrap operations
- Maintain merchandising standards, store tidiness, and fitting room presentation
- Assist with receiving deliveries, stock management, and boutique reorders
- Previous experience in a similar role within fashion retail is required
- Excellent communication skills and empathy
- Strong customer service mindset
- Curious, flexible, and adaptable in a changing retail environment
- Organized, structured, and proactive
