Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service by understanding their needs and offering tailored product recommendations.

- Manage POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately, including cash handling, credit card processing, and receipt issuance.
- Cleanliness of facilities
- Handle customer inquiries over the phone with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Supervise or assist in supervising team members when required, supporting a collaborative work environment.
- Support overall operations by adhering to policies on cash handling, retail math accuracy, and safety procedures.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, retail math, and basic math skills for accurate transactions.
- Excellent phone etiquette combined with strong interpersonal skills for engaging customer interactions over the phone or in person.
Pay: $20.00 per hour
