Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to a busy Corporate Recruiting team. This role is responsible for coordinating interviews, maintaining applicant tracking system data, supporting recruiting operations, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and job information within the applicant tracking system (iCIMS).
- Support day-to-day recruiting operations and administrative activities.
- Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely updates and scheduling information.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to ensure hiring activities remain on schedule.
- Assist with interview logistics, calendar management, and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
- Monitor recruiting workflows and help maintain data accuracy and process efficiency.
- Provide administrative support for recruiting initiatives, projects, and team priorities as needed.
- Deliver a professional, organized, and welcoming candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruiting coordination, human resources, talent acquisition, or administrative support.
- Experience using an applicant tracking system, preferably iCIMS.
- Strong scheduling and calendar management experience.
- Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
