Event Specialist
We are seeking a full-time Event Specialist to support the planning and execution of engaging, well-organized events and programs. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys coordinating logistics, managing multiple priorities, and helping create positive attendee experiences from start to finish.
The Event Specialist will assist with a variety of event formats, including meetings, workshops, networking functions, small group gatherings, and larger hosted programs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable working with internal teams and external vendors to ensure events are executed smoothly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Support event planning and execution from initial concept through completion, including scheduling, vendor coordination, venue logistics, materials preparation, attendee communication, and post-event follow-up. Maintain event documentation such as timelines, budgets, guest lists, and briefing materials. Assist with registration management, travel coordination, and on-site event support as needed. Track event outcomes and gather feedback to help improve future programs and processes.
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in event coordination, hospitality, administrative support, marketing, or a related field. Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism, flexibility, and a service-oriented mindset. Willingness to work occasional evenings or travel as needed.
Preferred Skills
Experience with event planning tools, registration platforms, or CRM systems is preferred. Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva, or similar tools is a plus. Interest in creating engaging professional experiences and supporting high-quality events is highly valued.
