We are working with a well-known beauty brand that is looking for a strategic and creative leader to own social media, content, and community at a global level. This role will shape brand storytelling, drive audience engagement, and lead impactful content across key digital platforms. It’s an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to turn insights into action.

• 8 years of social media experience within a high-growth consumer brand, such as beauty, lifestyle, fashion, or CPG.
• Develop and lead a global social media strategy that drives engagement, growth, and brand relevance.
• Own the brand’s social identity and ensure platform-native storytelling across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging channels.
• Oversee content creation, editorial calendars, and campaign execution to deliver timely, high-impact social content.
• Lead creative direction for social shoots, video production, and storytelling frameworks in partnership with internal teams.
• Build community engagement strategies that deepen audience connection, strengthen brand voice, and protect brand reputation.
• Proven ability to create compelling social-first narratives and campaigns that drive engagement, brand love, and cultural impact.
• Experience scaling social audiences and producing content that delivers visibility, engagement, and press attention.
• Hands-on leadership experience managing and developing social or content teams.
• Strong fluency with content scheduling platforms and creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, and video editing software.
• Analytical mindset with a track record of using performance insights to optimize content and strategy.
• Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment, with a player-coach approach to both strategy and execution.
