Sales Assistant
Schedule: On-site Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM, 1-hour unpaid lunch 2 Breaks

2.7 August Apparel Based in the heart of the LA Fashion District, we’re a fast-growing B2B apparel company behind popular brands like Endless Rose, English Factory, Grey Lab, and Free the Roses.
What you will do :
- Prepare and maintain line sheets for buyers.
- Perform data entry and coordinate purchase order (PO) processing.
- Organize and coordinate TOP (Top of Production) sample garments.
- Prepare invoices and collaborate with the Accounting team to ensure accurate billing.
- Work closely with the Production team to maintain accurate style and order information.
- Create pick tickets for accounts to support order processing.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for each buyer and account.
- Develop and maintain organized systems and files for easy reference, while maintaining open communication with the Sales Director to ensure efficient and timely order processing.
- Assist with cut orders and inventory restocking.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure products are adequately stocked.
- Assist with regular inventory counts and report any discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the Shipping team to ensure orders are processed and shipped on time.
- Maintain and organize sales files, documents, and records.
- Facilitate communication between customers and the sales team.
- Monitor and track canceled orders.
- Support the Sales team with additional tasks and responsibilities as needed
What are we looking for :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales, Merchandising, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience working in the apparel industry preferred.
- Ability to perform work under direct supervision.
- Experience with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
