Schedule: On-site Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM, 1-hour unpaid lunch 2 Breaks

We are looking for a talented Production Assistant to join our team!

What you will do :

• Confirm styles ready to be shipped (RFM)
• Receive and organize incoming styles according to the Shipping Plan
• Share shipping methods (Shipping Mode) by vendor
• Coordinate shipment schedules with logistics
• Place price ticket orders and check invoices
• Issue, update, and organize Purchase Orders (POs) in Google Sheets
• Lead and manage production timelines for each PO
• Maintain and track all PO statuses via personal WIP tools
• Confirm bulk prices with vendors
• Send and follow up on bulk comments
• Communicate regularly with vendors to ensure timely delivery and compliance
• Monitor and follow up on fit status for ongoing production

What are we looking for:

• 3 years' experience in apparel production or a related field preferred
• 3 years experience in Import apparel production is require
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and basic Excel functions
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Detail-oriented and solution-focused mindset
• Bilingual (Korean/English)
