Showroom Manager
Schedule: On-site at showroom (DTLA Monday to Friday 8:30AM-5PM)

We are looking for a talented Production Assistant to join our team!
What you will do :
Showroom Operations
- Oversee daily showroom operations, ensuring the space is organized, visually appealing, and aligned with brand standards
- Manage showroom calendar, including buyer appointments, market weeks, and special visits
- Ensure samples are properly merchandised, steamed, labeled, and maintained
- Track and manage showroom samples, line sheets, lookbooks, and marketing materials
Sales & Buyer Experience
- Host and assist wholesale buyers during showroom appointments
- Support sales representatives with appointment preparation and product presentations
- Ensure timely follow-up on buyer requests, samples, and showroom needs
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment that reflects the brand identity
Trade Show & Market Support
- Participate in domestic trade shows and seasonal markets as needed
- Assist with trade show preparation, including sample selection, packing, setup, and breakdown
- Support on-site sales efforts during trade shows by assisting buyers, managing samples, and maintaining both organization
- Ensure brand presentation remains consistent across showroom and trade show environments
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams before and after trade shows to ensure smooth execution
Team Management
- Supervise showroom staff, assistants, and interns (if applicable)
- Create schedules, assign tasks, and ensure coverage during busy periods
- Train staff on product knowledge, client service, and showroom procedures
- Ensure adherence to company policies and operational standards
What are we looking for :
- 3–5 years of experience in a wholesale apparel showroom, sales support, or fashion operations role
- Strong understanding of wholesale fashion processes and seasonal market cycles
- Willingness and ability to travel for trade shows as required ***
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
- Professional communication and customer service abilities
- Leadership experience managing showroom staff
- Proficiency in basic inventory tracking, spreadsheets, and showroom systems
Preferred Experience
- Experience attending or working trade shows (LA, NY, or similar markets)
- Familiarity with contemporary or women’s apparel wholesale
- Experience supporting multiple brands or collections
