E-commerce Specialist
Schedule: On-site Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM, 1-hour unpaid lunch 2 Breaks

2.7 August Apparel Based in the heart of the LA Fashion District, we’re a fast-growing B2B apparel company behind popular brands like Endless Rose, English Factory, Grey Lab, and Free the Roses.
What you will do :
- Manage daily operations of the e-commerce platform including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory updates.
- Ensure product information, images, and descriptions are accurate and optimized.
- Monitor sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates and provide insights to improve results.
- Process online orders and coordinate with shipping teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues professionally.
- Collaborate with marketing and visual teams on e-commerce campaigns and promotions.
- Conduct competitor research and stay updated on e-commerce trends.
- Monitor website functionality and coordinate with IT to resolve technical issues.
What we're looking for :
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of E-commerce experience, preferably in the apparel industry.
- Experience with platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or similar systems.
- Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and online customer experience.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop.
