Technical Designer (Women's Cloths)

We are 2.7 August Apparel, a fast-growing B2B fashion company based in the heart of the LA Fashion District. Since 2011, we’ve been delivering trend-driven, high-quality designs through our diverse portfolio of brands, including Endless Rose, English Factory, Grey Lab, Free the Roses.
What you will do :
- Lead fit sessions and communicate clear, illustrated comments to overseas factories
- Ensure fit, construction, and quality reflect design intent and brand standards
- Review fit samples, spec garments, and track corrections across all stages (1st fit to TOP)
- Manage and maintain accurate tech packs, BOMs, and fit archives
- Work closely with vendors to resolve QC issues and improve fit consistency
- Analyze returns, sales feedback, and customer comments to enhance future products
- Monitor timelines, fit cadence, and time-and-action calendars to meet deadlines
- Oversee size grading, measurements, and fabric-specific tolerances
What we are looking for :
- 3 years in technical design, pattern-making, and vendor communication
- Deep knowledge of global fit standards, grading, and garment specs
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
- Expertise in garment construction, fitting on live models, and measuring techniques
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft 365
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time 8am-5pm ( 1hr unpaid lunch 2 breaks )
