E-Commerce Coordinator

What you will do :
- Communicate with buyers and dropship partners to follow up on orders, selections, and updates
- Create line sheets, upload style templates, generate UPCs, and product information
- Upload and manage products across platforms (DSCO, FashionGo, internal systems)
- Track buyer selects and maintain master documents by month
- Process sales orders, monitor inventory, and coordinate restocks/transfers (DSCO/N41)
- Track shipments, update ETAs, cancel sold-out orders, and conduct RTI runs
- Support sample shipments and follow up on returns
- Process EDI transactions (810, 856) including orders, shipping notices, invoices, and inventory updates
- Manage retailer operations including shipping, invoicing, returns, and credit memos (e.g., Anthropologie, Bloomingdale’s)
- Pull and analyze reports to support reorders and inventory updates
- Coordinate with photoshoot and graphics teams for product setup
- Support merchandising, styling recommendations, and other team projects
What we're looking for :
- 1–3 years in e-commerce, wholesale, or apparel operations
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- 1-3 years with EDI, inventory systems (DSCO/N41), and
- 1-2 years Excel (Xlookup, Vlookup, Pivottables)
- Strong communication and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
