Role Description
We are seeking a full-time CRM & E-Commerce Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. This hybrid role combines on-site presence with work-from-home flexibility. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, e-commerce, and operations, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns, product launches, and digital initiatives across email, SMS, Shopify, and TikTok Shop. The Coordinator will oversee CRM management, streamline e-commerce operations, analyze customer data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance both customer experience and sales performance. You’ll collaborate closely with the Retention Manager, E-Commerce Director, and cross-functional partners to keep projects on track, optimize workflows, and continuously elevate the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities - CRM Coordination (Email, SMS & Copywriting)
- Coordinate end-to-end email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo and Attentive, ensuring accurate assets, segmentation, and scheduling.
- Write and build on-brand promotional copy for email and SMS—balancing education,
- engagement, and conversion.
- Manage campaign task tracking in Monday.com and collaborate with the Retention Manager for reviews and approvals.
- Conduct thorough QA testing before all sends—verifying links, copy, images, tags, and timing.
- Support campaign performance tracking and reporting to guide ongoing improvements.
E-Commerce Coordination (Shopify & TikTok Shop)
- Build, update, and optimize Shopify product pages using marketing decks, metafields, and brand guidelines.
- Launch new bundles, collections, and promotional products across Shopify and TikTok Shop.
- Manage TikTok Shop listings, ensuring all product data, pricing, and inventory remain synced.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot sync issues between TikTok Shop and Shopify.
- Maintain site updates including banners, homepage features, collection updates, and gift-with-purchase campaigns.
- Create and manage discount codes, sales activations, and merchandising updates.
Workflow & Cross-Functional Support
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure all deliverables stay on schedule.
- Build wireframes, briefs, and content outlines for promotional decks and sitewide campaigns.
- Maintain product consistency across Shopify, Klaviyo, and TikTok Shop.
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to improve daily workflows—drafting copy, automating QA, building templates, and organizing content calendars.
- Continuously identify opportunities to streamline internal processes using automation,
- data organization, and collaborative tools.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in CRM/email marketing or e-commerce coordination (beauty, skincare, or DTC strongly preferred).
- Proficiency with Shopify, Klaviyo, Attentive, Monday.com, and Google Workspace.
- Skilled copywriter and editor with experience writing promotional or campaign copy for consumer brands.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and project management skills.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Notion AI, or Jasper to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Bonus: Experience with TikTok Shop, Rebuy, Recharge, or subscription-based platforms.

Additional Details
Role Type: Full-Time (Hybrid) - MF (work from home) & TWTh (in-office
Compensation: $35/hour
Hours: 40 hours/week (some flexibility for weekend campaigns or launches)
General Schedule: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (approx. ±30 minutes)
