Duties
Client Relationship & Retention
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, delivering consistent communication and responsive support.
- Ensure seamless service delivery and proactively resolve issues to maintain high client satisfaction.
- Build trust with decision-makers and stakeholders, positioning 1st Choice as a long-term strategic partner.
Upselling & Account Growth
- Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to expand service lines and increase revenue.
- Develop tailored account growth strategies that align client needs with 1st Choice’s staffing solutions.
- Collaborate with leadership on renewal negotiations, expansions, and multi-year agreements.
Collaboration & Talent Strategy
- Partner with recruiters to ensure talent solutions are aligned with client expectations and future demands.
- Share account insights and market intelligence with the recruiting team to stay ahead of client needs.
- Leverage ATS, CRM, and reporting tools to track account performance and forecast growth opportunities

What You Bring
- 2 years of experience in account management or customer success in government contracting or staffing.
- Proven ability to upsell and expand accounts while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Familiarity with ATS, CRM, and Microsoft Office, with a data-informed approach to decisions.
Salary : $68,000 - $75,000
