What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN/RN Home Healthcare - 12hr dayshifts position at 1st Americare LLC?
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) OR RN to join our healthcare team.
Scheduling needs:
Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday 8am to 8pm
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing wound care, and assisting with treatments.
- Conduct physical examinations and document patient vital signs, medical histories, and observations.
- Utilize electronic health records (EHRs) to update patient information and track treatment progress.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans.
Experience:
- A current LPN/RN license in the state of employment.
- Experience with gtube highly preferred
- Experience with patients with seizures highly preferred
- Spanish speaker preferred but not required
- Experience in pediatrics highly preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $38.00 - $48.00 per hour
