Responsibilities
- Supports the Employment and Job Placement (EJP) Division by developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns.
- Promote and market EJP’s initiatives, job fairs, and services by engaging healthcare workers through social media platforms, creating engaging graphics and content, and building relationships with influencers.
- Responsibilities include sourcing and maintaining relationships with healthcare influencers to amplify EJP’s reach, as well as tracking engagement metrics, event attendance, and campaign outcomes to adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with EJP leadership, the Communications team, and employer partners to align marketing priorities.
- Ensure adherence to Fund policies and contribute to the continuous improvement processes within the Employer Relations and Job Placement Unit, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or a related field required.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in recruitment marketing, social media management (Instagram, Facebook, & TikTok, etc.), or digital marketing required.
- Strong experience in graphic design (using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite), social media management, and content creation is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills are essential.
