FP&A Senior Manager, Dublin South Hybrid

Barden has partnered with a leading PLC business to source a strong FP&A Senior Manager to take on a leadership role within their best in class finance team.

THE ROLE

An outstanding opportunity for a strong accountant to advance their career in a forward-thinking company. You will support the team who are responsible for financial reporting, analysis and business partnering across the organisation. This role will support and develop a high calibre team of qualified accountants while also partnering with senior stakeholders across a range of teams in the group.

• Responsible for driving financial analysis, reporting, and strategic insights, supporting Investor Relations and senior management while also partnering with senior stakeholders across a range of teams in the group.
• Key tasks include forecasting, trend analysis, and shaping financial narratives.
• The role also involves team leadership and process improvements to enhance business performance.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and controls. Able to bring your insights and apply your knowledge to the Company
• Participate in various ad-hoc projects, including process improvement initiatives.

ABOUT THE PERSON

• Big 4/Top 10 trained Qualified Accountant with 9 years PQE in industry or practice
• Industry experience a plus, particularly within international environments
• People management experience
• Strong knowledge of FP&A, financial reporting and business partnering
