Commercial Finance Manager - International Business - Hybrid

Barden are delighted to have been asked to act exclusively on behalf of a large international business to support the appointment of a Commercial Finance Manager.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Manage the commercial finance activities within a specific business unit, providing insight and financial guidance to senior management on the profitability and financial performance of the business.
• Manage commercial and pricing models to improve profitability and performance analysis across the sales teams.
• Serve as a trusted financial advisor to the management team, offering commercial insights to shape business decisions.
• Demonstrate sound commercial judgement and decisive decision-making.
• Drive initiatives to enhance financial processes, systems, and tools. Implement best practices for financial reporting, analytics, and decision support, ensuring continuous improvement and increased efficiency.

ABOUT THE PERSON:

• Accounting qualification with a minimum of 5-8 years post-qualified experience.
• Previous commercial finance experience essential.
• Managed small teams.
• High level of drive and self-motivation
• Strong commercial acumen, able to articulate the numbers to non finance people.
