GDPR Compliance Officer

A well-established and growing company in the IT solution, investment and real estate sector is looking to hire a GDPR Compliance Officer to oversee and maintain compliance with data protection regulations across its operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who is passionate about privacy and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Ensuring compliance with all requirements of the law

·  Preparation, maintaining and updating all GDPR records, documentation and procedures, including the Data Protection Impact Assessment

·   Training organization employees on GDPR compliance requirements

·  Conducting regular assessments and audits to ensure GDPR compliance

·   Serving as the point of contact between the company and the relevant supervisory authority

·   Maintaining records of all data processing activities conducted by the company

·  Responding to data subjects to inform them about how their personal data is being used and what measures the company has put in place to protect their data

·  Ensuring that data subjects’ requests to see copies of their personal data or to have their person data erased are fulfilled or responded to, as necessary.

Qualifications:

·  University degree, preferably in Law, Business Administration, or a related field

·  Proven experience in a GDPR or data protection role.

·  Excellent command of Greek and English (written and spoken)

·  Strong understanding of data protection laws and regulatory requirements.

·  Excellent communication and organizational skills.

·   Legal, compliance, or IT background preferred.
