Job Title: Compliance & AML Support Officer 

Job Location: Nicosia

Position Type: Full Time

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist with the collection and evaluation of KYC documentation for corporate and individual clients
• Perform basic due diligence checks and ensure records are maintained in accordance with ICPAC and AML legislation
• Communicate with clients to gather missing documentation and clarify compliance-related matters
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate internal compliance records
• Support the Compliance Officer in the implementation of internal controls and procedures

Candidate Profile:

• University degree in Accounting, Law, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficient user of MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook;
• Fluent in Greek and English language (knowledge of Russian language will be considered an advantage).
• Computer Literate;
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Pleasant personality;
• Familiarity with AML/KYC concepts or previous internship in a similar role will be considered an advantage
• Willingness to learn and grow within a regulated professional environment
