Job Description:
Are you a creative and results-driven individual with a passion for writing and marketing? Crowe is seeking a skilled Marketing Officer to develop and execute engaging content across various platforms. In this role, you will work closely with the Director’s to create high-quality written materials that resonate with our audience, enhance our brand’s visibility, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop well-researched, clear, and engaging content for blogs, social media, newsletters, case studies, whitepapers, and website copy.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute content strategies that align with business goals and audience needs.
• Optimize content for search engines to increase website traffic and improve search rankings.
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital channels, including email, social media, and paid media.
• Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies for optimal engagement and lead generation.
• Ensure all content aligns with Crowe’s brand voice, values, and tone, maintaining consistency across all platforms.

Qualifications:

• BSc in Marketing or Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• 1 to 4 years’ experience in content writing, copywriting, or digital marketing.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing, and digital advertising.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop unique content strategies.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
