We are seeking a qualified and professional SPA MANAGER who excels in GUEST EXPERIENCE, recruitment, training, sales, marketing, social media and brand creation.

• Manage appointment bookings which include , security, POS systems, equipment & maintenance policies.
• Maintain spa cleanliness, manage expenses, maximize profit, and create a positive environment for both members and employees.
• Train all new hires on computer system, POS terminal and operational procedures.
• Maintain inventory and monitor records of all skincare, makeup and gift items.
• Be knowledgeable on the different services offer; facials, massages, laser, nails, body scrubs, eyelashes, etc.
• Think outside the box.
• Reinforce all spa staff understands.
• Work closely with the spa therapists to maximise profits.
