Benefits Coordinator

HirePlace is hiring two contract Benefits Coordinators in the Jacksonville, FL - Southside area. Both Benefits Coordinators will work contract for our client, a major sales and marketing organization in the area. As a Benefit Coordinator, these hires should be onsite 3 days every week and work remotely every Monday and Friday. These hires will also performing the following.

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily benefits processing, and HR benefit advising

Informing associates on:

  • Company benefits
  • Leave policies processes compliance
  • Resolve complex benefit related issues
  • LOA (preferred)
  • implementing new benefits and facilitating workflow process
  • Assist in process improvement recommendation, implementation of benefits, and LOA workflow processes.

Prefered Technical Experience:

  • Experience in GAP analysis
  • Experience working in business process analysis, familiarity with functional specs, and requirement gathering.
  • Assist in potential full-life cycle implementations
  • Able to work in a large enterprise, complex work environment using HR Benefits programs such as Oracle.
  • Any experience working with UAT, data conversion, and migration, benefit plan administration and data compilation and reporting.
