Job Summary
The Human Resources Department is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our Benefits Team as a Benefits Coordinator. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth benefits administration, accurate auditing, exceptional customer service, and eligibility administration. The primary responsibilities include entering benefit enrollment forms, processing retirement changes, conducting benefits presentations, meticulously auditing all benefit entries, documenting benefit processes, and handling time-sensitive payroll adjustments.
The successful candidate must possess exceptional attention to detail and knowledge in Human Resources and/or Benefits Administration. Proficiency with Oracle JD Edwards or other ERP software is advantageous. This individual demonstrates daily the City's values of collaboration, integrity, and outstanding service with strong administrative and organizational skills.
