With our new store opening in Dallas' Design District, we are seeking our next motivated leader! If you thrive in a customer focused environment and possess a strong drive to achieve goals, we want to talk to you!

Zuri is a growing retailer of contemporary furnishings. We develop and distribute our own designs which are sold through ecommerce and retail channels.

As a Sales Manager, you will partner closely with our business leaders to propel sales forward and hold a critical position in the supervision of our Dallas area showrooms. Sales Managers are responsible for guiding the sales team to surpass sales targets while consistently providing exceptional customer experiences.

Base salary starting at $90,000

YOU WILL:

  • Lead a dynamic team of in-store and ecommerce design professionals to achieve sales target and customer satisfaction goals
  • Direct and oversee operations and sales efforts in our two retail locations
  • Exemplify and mentor a customer-centric approach, assuming the role of Manager on Duty
  • Resolve customer concerns in a proactive and prompt manner
  • Train and develop selling skills, product knowledge, and operational accuracy to drive sales excellence
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance and customer interactions, providing valuable and timely feedback and implementing process adjustments as necessary
  • Collaborate effectively with various departments, including customer service and warehouse teams

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Management experience in related field
  • Strong ability to learn new software and systems
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Experience in implementing process changes
  • Willingness to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
