Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented manager to join our team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional, authentic, and engaging service to customers, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You should have the ability to monitor your personal & store sales results through hourly statistics and by teaching upselling while maintaining IBC’s & leading zone coverage.

Assists the Store Manager in maximizing sales results in the area of sales, merchandising & operations.

SALES: Maintain personal and team results while training & directing the team to provide the 7 steps customer service. You also get to make commission!

MERCHANDISING: Execute daily product direction & make store specific product decisions to drive sales results.

OPERATIONS: Opening & Closing the store. (Including but not limited to reconciling the register, markdowns, shipment, transfers, promotion set up, inventory audits and store execution audits)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.50- $13.00 per hour based on previous experience and sales

Expected hours: 8 – 32 per week
