```Duties:```
- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient and effective performance

- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries and concerns

- Manage and supervise a team of associates, providing guidance and support as needed

- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets

- Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper stock management

- Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role is preferred not required

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members

- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles

- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on providing a positive experience

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
