Zuern Building Products is a family-owned and operated Window and Door Design company. We are currently seeking a full time Warehouse/Delivery Driver/Window Service Technician at our Appleton location. This role offers the right candidate the potential to develop new skills with career advancement opportunities. Must be available Monday through Friday. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.

Material Management:

• Load materials for delivery.
• Receive products from vendors.
• Stock, organize, and maintain products in bins.
• Put away stock and handle special order returns.

Customer Service:

• Load customer orders that customers are picking up from warehouse. 
• Perform warranty and service work on various window lines.
• Maintain rapport with customers and team members.
• Assist with questions regarding windows, doors, and parts.

Warehouse Maintenance:

• Conduct basic housekeeping tasks (sweeping aisles, straightening piles, etc.).
• Ensure the warehouse is organized and stocked.
• Care for products to prevent damage.
• Adhere to safety procedures at all times.

Delivery Operations:

• Serve as a delivery driver for materials and products.
• Take out deliveries promptly and efficiently.

Technical Service:

• Perform jambing and mulling of windows and doors.
• Install screens and hardware, conduct service walk-throughs.
• Assist in ordering and gathering components and parts for service work.
• Document service and installation actions through reports and logs.

Miscellaneous:

• Lock up the warehouse at the end of day.
• Maintain job knowledge through educational opportunities in windows and door lines.

Flexibility:

• Perform other duties as requested by a manager/owner.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Physically and mentally fit.
• Ability to lift and carry 25 to 50 pounds regularly, over 100 pounds occasionally, with the ability to twist and bend.
• Proficient in physical activities requiring extensive use of arms, legs, and body movement to handle, install, and position materials.
• Alert, focused, and detail-oriented.
• Basic reading, writing comprehension, and math skills required.
• Self-starter who works well independently and collaboratively with others.
• Disciplined, dependable, and resourceful.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Working knowledge of power tools.
