Leasing Associate
We are looking for someone with great customer service to help with the following:
Responsibilities
- Present apartments to prospective clients.
- Provide accurate information on the different features of properties.
- Validate application information and references.
- Inspect units periodically.
Skills
- Amazing customer service skills are a must!
- Basic understanding of MS Office.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- No experience needed, willing to teach and train the right candidate.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $22.00 per hour.
Expected hours: 40 hrs. per week
Experience level:
- No leasing associate experience is needed.
- Customer service experience is a must.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift.
- Must be able to work weekends.
