RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN AIRPORT STARTER and CSR:
- Act as a liason for the visitors entering the Jacksonville International Airport
- Meet, greet and interact with visitors looking for transportation.
- Promote and educate visitors about the zTrip brand, our mission, and how we can help them.
- Assist passengers with general questions regarding directions, transportations services, or arranging wheelchair access.
- Representatives often handle customer complaints and concerns.
