Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Custodial Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of five recreation facilities across Aurora, Colorado. The Custodial Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of custodial staff, ensuring that all areas are kept clean and well-maintained. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the work of custodial staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance.

- Perform general custodial duties such as cleaning, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing.

- Maintain and repair custodial equipment.

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and identify areas in need of attention.

- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

- Train new custodial staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures.

- Collaborate with other departments to address facility maintenance needs.

- Respond to cleaning emergencies or special requests in a timely manner.

- Submit a daily report to the account manager.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in custodial or facilities maintenance roles.

- Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and techniques.

- Proficiency in floor care, including buffing and waxing.

- Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks.

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Knowledge of basic maintenance and repair procedures for custodial equipment.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Good communication skills to interact with staff and address any concerns.

- Have reliable transportation to and from the ZTL support office in Aurora.

- If choosing to use your own vehicle for transportation to sites:

- Fuel reimbursement of $0.67 per mile.

- Valid auto insurance.

- Valid driver's license (REQUIRED).

Note: All positions at our company are paid, including internships.

Pay: $200.00 - $250.00 per day
