We are hiring Special ed Paraprofessional for the remaining school year 2023-24, to work in our campus in Warrenville, IL, and other locations in Illinois.

Responsibilities:
- Provide support and assistance to special education students in a classroom setting
- Assist with the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
- Work closely with teachers and other professionals to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Support students with their academic, social, and emotional development
- Help students with literacy education and develop their reading and writing skills
- Provide one-on-one or small group instruction to students who require additional support etc.

Experience:
- Previous experience working with students in an educational or childcare setting
- Familiarity with special education practices and strategies
- Knowledge of working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ability to adapt and modify curriculum to meet the needs of diverse learners

Must have:
Paraprofessional/Aide certificate

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.50 – 35.00 per week
