The digital marketing associate will help manage and oversee paid search and paid social campaigns along with conducting presentations skills to handle client and regional manager reporting calls.

DUTIES and SPECIFICATIONS:

The Digital Marketer / Marketing Associate position will include but are not limited to the below responsibilities:

• Carry-out implementation strategies and processes on digital mediums.
• Maintain timelines and be able to hit target deployment dates for marketing campaigns to meet and exceed internal & client expectations.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with a team and clients in person, on calls, and on webinars.
• Ability to strategize solutions to ensure each property hits occupancy goals, as well as, thoroughly review campaigns to ensure consistent optimization is completed.
• Responsible for updating digital marketing channels to ensure accuracy.
• Be able to learn new programs and software to promote strategies and technologies for the company.
• Be available for occasional travel out-of-town for meetings and educational conferences.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Digital marketing & general marketing experience
• Ability to demonstrate expertise with an assessment project

Working Conditions

The Digital Marketing associate will have a full time in office work environment. They work normal business hours. Occasional long hours, evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. This position will involve travel to the office and occasional travel for education seminars and tradeshows.
