RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Technicians- Responsibilities include but are not limited to HVAC, plumbing, painting, molding, refrigeration, carpentry, electrical repairs, and must also possess excellent customer service skills, leadership abilities and be a team player
Groundskeepers & Housekeepers - Responsibilities include keeping grounds and common areas clean and working with the maintenance supervisor to turn vacant apartment homes
QUALIFICATIONS:
To meet the challenges of our growing business, ZRS is seeking for skilled professionals who are highly motivated team players with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
