Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To
Solution Architecture: Develop and articulate comprehensive SAP solutions to enhance manufacturing processes, with a deep understanding of ETO and CTO concepts, ensuring alignment with business goals and requirements.
Module Expertise: Leverage your extensive expertise (minimum 7 years) in at least one of the following modules: MM, PP, or EWM to guide and lead the design, configuration, customization, and implementation of these modules across the factory.
Integration Management: Ensure effective integration of SAP modules across manufacturing processes, identifying opportunities for automation, streamlined workflows, and data accuracy.
Problem Solving: Act as a strategic thinker and problem solver, addressing complex operational issues across various modules, analyzing root causes, and implementing sustainable solutions.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT staff, end users, and senior management, to understand business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing operations by staying abreast of SAP advancements, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
Change Management: Lead change management efforts related to SAP implementations and upgrades, ensuring smooth transitions and supporting end users.
Training and Education: Educate and mentor team members, business users, and stakeholders on SAP capabilities, workflows, and best practices.
Project Leadership: Assume a leadership role in managing projects focusing on module enhancements, process optimization, and integration across the factory.
What We Are Looking For
7-10 years of progressive experience in SAP modules, specifically MM, PP, or EWM, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and concepts such as ETO and CTO.
Proven experience in solution architecture, demonstrating the ability to design end-to-end solutions that drive operational efficiencies.
Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to address complex challenges across multiple SAP modules.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from end users to senior management.
Prior experience in project management, change management, and leading cross-functional teams.
Experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives and staying current with SAP trends and technologies.
Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred in a relevant field.
