Zoresco is looking for a Parts & Service Counterperson at our Turtle Creek, PA location to assist customers with their parts and service needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be well-organized, and proficient in standard office software. Previous knowledge of vehicles and truck equipment is helpful. Primary Duties:

• Greet customers on the phone and in person to assist their parts and service needs
• Identify customer needs and generate quotes and orders
• Maintain customer communication relating to cost and expected lead times for parts and repairs
• Work closely with the Service Manager and Warehouse personnel to schedule all necessary activities
• Assist in vendor related warranties
• Order necessary parts

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Well organized and detail oriented
• Proficient in standard office software; Word, Excel, Outlook
• Knowledge of vehicles and truck equipment a plus
• Self-sufficient professional with a ?make it happen" attitude
• Ability and desire to learn
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and substance screening
