Position Overview: We seek a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as a Client Services/Customer Service and Sales Assistant. This role will be pivotal in engaging with customers, providing product demonstrations, attending trade shows, following up with leads, assisting with onboarding processes, and supporting various marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and in person to address inquiries, provide product information, and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our software solutions to potential clients.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to represent the company, network with potential clients, and generate leads.
  • Follow up with leads generated from trade shows and marketing events to nurture relationships and convert leads into clients.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and implementation of our software solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support various marketing initiatives, including campaigns, events, and promotions.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the onboarding cycle of clients, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities using our CRM system.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and abroad as required.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and independently to deliver exceptional service and results.
  • Dynamic work environment- many opportunities for growth and working across multiple departments.

Qualifications:

  • Recent College Graduate with experience in this field or a self-motivated individual ready to tackle the challenge.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and software applications.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • This individual should be flexible, outgoing, and personable, able to effectively connect with clients and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and abroad as required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business tools is a plus.
  • Must be willing to work in an office-based environment in Grapevine, Texas. This is not a remote position.
  • Ability to travel as required for trade shows, client meetings, and other business-related activities.
