Zoox is building autonomous mobility from the ground up. Two important groups are responsible for the operational excellence of our fleet. Alpha Ops runs the fleet while Base Ops keeps it up and going.
An exciting time at Zoox, with heavy demand on our fleet of robots and the people who support them. Daily, these robots are deployed to conduct missions ranging from stability testing to running live routes. Almost a thousand people rely on the tools built by our software teams.
In this role, you will:

• Lead a group of product managers to serve our users in Ground Operations.
• Steward a portfolio of software products.
• Work closely with Experience, Engineering and Program managers, to refine and prioritize features and requirements.
• Help define metrics that measure the health and performance of these system

Qualifications

• 8 years of product management experience driving measurable improvements through product development
• 3 years of management experience.
• Stewarded products through its lifecycle in a relevant space.
• Experience leading successful process improvement initiatives.
• Experience building highly reliable, mission-critical products.

• Experience working with Operations and Maintenance teams.
• Know how to thrive in a growing, complex organization.

Compensation
There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. The salary will range from $146,000 to $240,000. A sign-on bonus may be part of a compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
