Overview:
ZoomInfo (ZI) is seeking a dynamic and experienced specialist to run our Customer Recruitment and Engagement efforts. This role is critical in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customer base for product research purposes and to enhance customer empathy across our product team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing customer-focused initiatives, excellent communication skills, and a passion for understanding and advocating for customer needs.
