Zoom Tan is currently seeking to add an Area Manager to cover our Salons in the greater Rochester Area. We are looking for someone that is focused on strategy and planning while developing and guiding their team toward success.

Job Requirements

• Supervise all Salon Managers within the assigned district.
• Ensure all locations open and close at designated times.
• Create work schedules for assigned salons that do not have a Salon Manager.
• Conduct a Monthly Quality Service Assessment at each Salon.
• Conduct an inventory audit at each location you visit.
• Be prepared to ensure coverage for any unattended shifts.
• Responsible for human resources practices including legal compliance and internal processes.
• Ensure adherence of employees to all Zoom Tan policies and procedures in your district.
• Ability to work all shifts.

Experience Required

• Prior multi-store retail or tanning experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1-3 years progressive management experience preferred.
• Proven problem analysis and problem resolution skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables.
• Ability to interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
